How it works

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Every buy button here carries an affiliate tag. If you follow one and buy something, we may receive a commission from that programme.

What it does not change

• You pay the same price. The commission comes out of the margin at the other end, not off your purchase.
• It does not change what we publish. Sizes, counts and materials are what the specification states, whether a product sells well or not.
• It does not change the order of anything. Departments are listed by the range and products within them by size, not by what pays best.
• Every product in the range is listed, including the ones we would not choose ourselves.

What we do not do

Star ratings are shown on the products that have one, exactly as published, and we neither solicit them nor pay for them. Customer reviews are printed word for word, including the complaints and the spelling, and a selection on the home page deliberately includes reviews below five stars. Where a product has neither, its page shows none: no zero, no placeholder, no borrowed figure from a similar item.

Prices

Prices are updated on a schedule and stamped with the date of the last update. The price shown at checkout at the moment you order is the one that applies.
